FOOD DRIER MACHINE
We manufacture all types of food driers suitable for drying pappad (pappadam/appalam), coconut, chilli, fruits, bananas, tapioca, fish(all types), chicken, mutton, etc. We were experts in building large driers for large-scale applications. We differ from others due to we produce electrical food drier, solar powered food drier( fully in solar), Solar cum electric food drier (work in both solar and electric power). Our wide variety of models are follows
1.Electric food drier
Electric food drier functions mainly on electricity. Everything is worked in electricity only. It can be made small-scale, medium scale and large-scale customisable as per customer. It had an indigenous selection of food items it will work according to the loaded food items. We can select that from outside and it will notify us when the process is completed. It has a wide range from 10 kg/cycle onwards. This machine has also a customisable version which can be selected by our customers.
2.Solar food drier
Solar food drier functions mainly on solar power. Everything is worked in solar power only. It can be made small-scale, medium scale and large-scale customisable as per customer. It had an indigenous selection of food items it will work according to the loaded food items. We can select that from outside and it will notify us when the process is completed. It has a wide range from 10 kg/cycle onwards. This machine has also a customisable version which can be selected by our customers. This system has two variants
a)Solar panel powered.
This system worked with solar panels.
b)Evacuated tube integrated solar panel.
This system worked in the solar panels as well as the drier system worked in a separate solar integrated system. This is manufactured only by us and this product is our own patented item.
3.Customisable large food drier
This is for larger types such as manufacturing tons of food items in a single cycle. Our expert team will analyse and design suitable product for the manufacture of the drier desired for the items to be dried. We have a better experienced team for this.
